PAYMENTS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash, check and money/postal orders; please contact us for more information.

TAXES:
Sales tax of 5% will be added to orders shipped to Massachusetts.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Most items (not in stock) may take (on average) 3 weeks to receive from the manufacturer and ship to customers.

We try to offer a wide selection of items from many of our manufacturers' full line of products. This sometimes means that we can not stock entire selections, but immediately request the items from the manufacturer to fulfill all orders.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please state that in the comments section at the time you place your order.
If that date can not be met you will be contacted with the option to cancel or wait an additional period of time.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping to anywhere in the United States is subject to the following table of charges, based on order total. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will also include an additional 25% (of the order total) to cover additional shipping and handling expenses.

Shipping to destinations other than the US are also based on the following order total table, plus 20% (of the order total) to cover additional international shipping and handling expenses. If shipping and handling fee invoiced is not enough to cover fee charged by shipping carrier an additional amount will be requested via email.

RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from us, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for an exchange, or we will refund the price of the item (minus shipping and handling costs). If the return is because of our mistake, we will also credit (refund) the shipping and handling costs.

  • Please contact us at returns@mallcarts.com for authorization before returning any item.
  • Items sent back without the RMA number will be refused.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
All items are shipped insured. If you have received an item that is damaged please keep the damaged item and all shipping materials. Contact us at returns@mallcarts.com for further instructions.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

HOW TO RETURN:
Ship the item postpaid and insured to the address provided with your RMA number. Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your exchange or refund. All items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will issue you a credit.

Errors will be corrected where/when discovered. MallCarts.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MallCarts.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. If such a refusal to fulfill an order is exercised an email will be sent with the reason for the refusal.
